We are renting out one room in our house on Solrosgatan, Linköping. The area is newly built and is within walking distance in about bus and train connections. Washer and dryer are in the apartment. The rent is including broadband and electricity. Shower / WC / washing machine / kitchenette and separate entrance is shared with the other room that we rent out right now.

Hyran är inklusive bredband och el. Dusch / wc / tvättmaskin / pentry och separat ingång delas med det andra rummet som vi hyr ut just nu.
