My apartment is available now, whereby I'm looking for a very responsible person to rent my apartment. It's a fully furnished apartment, 35 square meters, on the corner of Rådmansgatan and Döbelnsgatan, approximately a 1-minute walk to the subway station; Rådmansgatan. I will only consider very responsible and serious candidates.

The monthly rent includes cable TV (I have a Samsung flatscreen TV in the apartment), internet, and electricity (normal usage).
There is a laundry room, bicycle parking, garage, and a common backyard. The apartment has a great floorplan and the bathroom was renovated in 2012. The separate sleeping area has a 140 cm wide bed and two closets. The kitchen is spacious functional with basic equipment for cooking. The windows face the backyard. all walls are painted and there have been some furniture upgrades! :)
