This large and well-kept villa is located a few hundred meters from the Baltic Sea and only 10 minutes walk to the university (BTH), in a quiet residential area.

The house is close to the bus and train station, Bergåsa, and it is 2.5 km to central Karlskrona. Timetables and tickets local bus service: https://blekingetrafiken.se/#/

There are a total of 9 bedrooms (spread over three floors) in the house, all with individual locks and soundproofed fire protection doors. The tenants share a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, 3 showers, laundry room and 2 living rooms.

There is a large veranda with a sitting area and barbecue facilities, a balcony and a cozy greenhouse. In the garden, fruit trees and berry bushes grow, of which the tenants have free access.
Bicycle storage is available, and on the street outside the house there is free parking. If extra storage space is needed, the tenants can use the attic of the house.

One of the tenants has the role of "house manager" and it is through him / her that the tenants primarily turn to regarding housing-related issues.

Cleaning takes place once a week and the responsibility is shared between the tenants according to a schedule.

It is permitted on occasion to receive visits and overnight guests after approval by the house manager or the landlord.

The notice period is 3 full calendar months and a deposit must always be paid for the contract to be valid. The rent includes water, heating and WiFi.
There is a strict policy regarding only one tenant allowed per room.

Room 1B
The room is about 25 square meters large and is located in the basement of the house. Furnished with a bed, a desk with a chair, a storage shelf, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room has its own basement exit/entrance and is located near the laundry room in a quiet part of the house. Highly placed frosted windows for daylight entry but without any insight from the outside.

Room 6B
The room size is about 15 square meters and is located in the second floor of the house, next to a hallway with other bedrooms and a bathroom. Furnished with a bed, a desk with a chair, a storage shelf, a bulit-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A large bright window facing the back of the garden and the neighboring house.

Room 9B
The room is about 20 square meters large and is located in the basement of the house. Furnished with a double bed, a desk with a chair, a storage shelf, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is located near the laundry room in a quiet part of the house. A bright highly placed window for daylight entry.
