Unfortunately I have to leave this cute room in a shared flat and my flatmates. So I am searching for somebody nice (of course) to take over from the 1st of december.
Im am leaving almost everything in the romm, so you have several little tables/drawers, a bed, a desk and a big closet. And still there is enough room for other things if you any.
The heating works perfectly fine and the window points out onto a quite residential street.
It's 2 minutes to the Naturreserve were you can spend hours walking, mushroom picking etc.
The T-Bana (Kärrtorp) is 5 minutes away and leads directly to the city center within 10 minutes.
Next to the station is also an ICA, Coop, the Post and a second hand store.
Sometimes there are little markets on the square as well.
I am looking for a LONGTERM tenant.
