We are a couple, both 25 years old, who are looking for a roommate to share our apartment with us this spring. Anna works as a business controller in a retail firm and Otto is a student of software engineering at Chalmers University. Our interests are games, comics and spending time with friends. It would be nice if you like playing board games. We own two small birds, budgies. They can be a little bit noisy but are completely quite at night.

The apartment in total is 94m2, your room is 11.6 m2 and we all share the living room, kitchen, WCs and laundry room. We have washing machine with dryer, drying cabinet, dishwasher and Wi-Fi in the apartment you can use. Furniture, electricity, internet, water and heating are included in the rent. The included furniture in your room is a bed (very soft bed, 120cm wide), a small desk, wardrobe and bookcase. You can of course change the interior in your room if you wish.

The building is just 2 min from the nearest tram stop; it is 18 min by tram to Chalmers University, about 20 min to the city and 25 min to the central station. The tram usually goes by every 5 minutes. Just 5 min walk from here is a large shopping mall, Frölunda Torg.

We are looking for someone responsible, easy to live with, who does not smoke and does not have any pets that would not work well with our birds and have good Swedish or English skills.
