I am a non-smoking, very reliable and tidy persons (as we Germans are ;-) and I am looking for a clean and cosy apartment. I will not be much there because the curriculum at university is very demanding and the few free weekends I have left I would like to spend in the nature (I love mountainbiking and hiking) or at home in Germany. But if I am in my apartment I want to feel home. I know that renting an apartment to other people is difficult and a matter of trust (I have sublet my apartment several times during my bachelor program).
