We have a room available with kitchen and WC/shower, separate entrance, in a nice house with garden in Taby, a suburb to Stockholm. We would like to rent it out preferably to a long term student or Phd, for a longer period. The house is close to all kinds of facilities, such as a large and modern shopping center, swimming hall, jogging tracks in forest, library etc. It is very accessible by train to both Stockholm University and, KTH, Stockholm City (direct travel time about 15 minutes)
