In a 4-room apartment in Hagsätra we now rent out a room. The apartment is 7 minutes from subway, busses and local shops. 24 minutes from T-Centralen. The room can be rented with or without furnitures (desk, bed, drawer). Besides the room you also have access to kitchen, shower/toilet and washing machine. The rent is payed monthly in advance and a deposit of one rent should also be payed when moving in. Included with the rent is electricity, water and 250mb internet.

More about us. We are a couple, 29 och 33 years old, who owns the apartment and work during the days. We are clean and calm people that speak swedish, english and chinese.

We look for someone who study. Non-smoker. If you got any references about your earlier livings its always a plus!
